Delivery within Australia
Any order received after 10 am AEST will be processed the following business day. Please count the quoted delivery period in consideration of this.
Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed and dispatched.
All orders are sent via Auspost or Couriers, depending on your location. Standard or Express Post is available.
Your goods may require a signature on receipt. Therefore, we suggest a work address or PO Box if it is more convenient.
Your purchase may take longer to arrive during sale periods and throughout the holiday season. Please allow more time for delivery.
LAVONI will not be held liable for stolen or lost parcels. Therefore, we strongly recommend customers provide a secure delivery address.
Orders can occasionally be delayed due to pending card authorisations or stock availability. Should your order experiences any delay, we will notify you by email or a courtesy call.
The estimated delivery time is 7-10 business days.
Auspost will deliver to your nominated address between 9 am and 5 pm on business days, excluding public holidays.
For all other countries please allow up to 15 business days, depending on location.
- Within Australia: Flat shipping rate ($5.95) for orders under AUD $90. Free standard shipping for orders over AUD $90
- International: Free shipping on orders over AUD $200

HOW DO I RETURN?
LAVONI are happy to refund or provide an exchange within 30 days for any unsuitable items, provided they are unused with the original tags still attached and in the original packaging, which must be in the original condition. Returns attempted outside of the returns period, (as per tracking details) will be denied and returned to the customer.
Your refund will be issued in the form of original payment, such as the credit card used for the order. Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.
A flat rate of $10 per label for all returns and exchanges is applied. However, in case of wrong-sized items, we are happy to offer FREE returns and shipping for size exchanges.
Before shipping any order, LAVONI team always makes sure that all items are in perfect condition. However, if you suspect you have received a faulty item, please lodge a return/exchange request as soon as possible. If you are eligible for a return, you will be issued an RA # (return authorisation number). Free returns/exchanges are also applied if an item you've purchased is defective.
Please note that any items purchased at a 50% discount or greater are considered final sale and cannot be returned for a refund.
HOW WILL I BE REFUNDED?
- Your balance will be refunded within 14 days after you return the items.
- If you have paid by credit or debit card, we will refund the balance to the card originally used.
- Log in to your Customer Account to check the status of your returns and the amount owed to you.
- Please note that we are unable to cancel payments made through Afterpay when returning an order, even if you have not yet paid your first installment. This is because the total amount owed for your order is now with the loan company, and not with Lavoni.
