Once an order has been placed, LAVONI is not able to cancel it. Our team works hard to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible. If you realise that you made a mistake with the items you purchased or the shipping address you provided, please contact us as soon as possible at info@lavoni.com.au. We may be able to intercept the dispatch of your order and make changes.

However, please note that during sale and peak trading periods, it may not be possible to change order details in time. LAVONI cannot be held responsible for any incorrect details entered by the customer.

Any order received after 10 am AEST will be processed the following business day. Please count the quoted delivery period in consideration of this.

Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed and dispatched.

Your purchase may take longer to arrive during sale periods and throughout the holiday season. Please allow more time for delivery.

LAVONI will not be held liable for stolen or lost parcels. Therefore, we strongly recommend customers provide a secure delivery address.

Orders can occasionally be delayed due to pending card authorisations or stock availability. Should your order experiences any delay, we will notify you by email or a courtesy call.

Please note that, unless otherwise specified, our system only allows for the use of one discount code per transaction. Any discount code can only be valid for one use.

Shipping costs will only be refunded as credit in the event of a faulty, damaged, or incorrectly described item being returned or exchanged.
